When you purchase artwork from this shop, you are granted the right to use the design for your own projects, including but not limited to fashion collections, home décor, paper goods, digital media, and other creative or commercial purposes. However, you do not hold exclusivity over the design. The same artwork may have been purchased and used by others before or after your purchase. Exclusivity and full copyright transfer are only available upon request and subject to an additional fee (see Section 3).

2. Availability on Other Platforms
Some designs available in this shop may also be listed for sale on external platforms such as Spoonflower, where they can be printed on fabric, wallpaper, or other physical materials. By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that designs may exist in multiple marketplaces unless exclusivity has been purchased.

3. Exclusivity and Full Copyright Transfer
If you wish to obtain exclusive rights to an artwork (ensuring it will no longer be available for sale or use by others), please contact us at laurasuarezdelarosa@gmail.com. An additional fee will apply for exclusivity and full copyright transfer. Once the payment is completed, the artwork will be removed from all sales platforms and will no longer be available online.

5. Refunds and Returns
As all products are digital, no refunds or returns are accepted once the files have been delivered. Exceptions may be made in the event of technical issues preventing access to the product, or accidental duplicate charges. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you encounter an issue.
